Pleasant Corners/Schafer Cemetery

Does anyone know where the early cemetery records, circa 1900, would be kept and the cemetery meeting minutes. I am trying to find out if my grandfather, Arthur P. Chilton donated some land to this cemetery in the early 1900's.
