FOUND: David Conger, of this county (Appanoose), died a short time ago while on a visit to one of his daughters near Albia. He was about eighty years old.
SOURCE: Centerville Citizen, Centerville, Iowa, Saturday, 13 April 1872, vol.8. ***found on Iowa Newspaper Microfiche at the Iowa Historical Society.
He lived Bluff Creek Twp., per 1856 & 1860 census.
He was living with his son Elias per 1870 census, in Appanoose Co.. Cannot find place of burial. Is he buried in Monroe Co.?
