I was the person that read the stones in Oakview in 2000 . There are no dates on the stone, just the name. He is buried in Grave Space H1-2-12-1. Next to him in H1-2-12-2 is Emma Searcy whose stone also has no date. However her burial was recorded in the Sexton record as 6/28/1947 and was listed as the wife of Bev C. possibly indicating that he was still alive at the time.
I also found a marriage record for Beverly C. Searcy and Emma S. Tibbals on 24 Nov 1875(Marriage Book 4 page 299) with his age listed as 22 which would put his birth abt 1853. I have found Emma listed in the 1935 pension list with a birthdate of 18 jan 1854 in West Virginia. Hope this helps.
