HERRON, SIMMONS AND , WELCH

Am looking for info on Daniel Herron B. abt 1811
in Kentucky married to Lucinda Welch in 1833,
she dies in 1860, buried Unionville Cem, Appanoose county, Iowa. They had 11 known children. Nancy, b. 1834, Susan b. 1836, m, George
Shonkwiler, William J.b. 1838 d. 1861, John b. 1840,
George W. b. 1842, Sarah born Nov. 6, 1846
married Jackson Peter Simmons (she is my direct
grandmother), Jamesb. 1848, Margaret b. 1848 m. Daniel Simmons (maybe Jackson's brother), Joseph
b. 1851,Greenup b. 1853, and Andrew b. 1858.

Daniel remarried to Eliza Jane Harris Holloway in 1863 in Appanoose County Iowa, they move to
Monroe county Iowa soon after marriage. are living in monroe township in the 1880 census.
Daniel dies abt 1887, Do not have a burial location, Eliza Jane is buried at Blakesburg
next to her daughter Mary Lobler.
Eliza Jane and Daniel had 3 children, Lucinda m,
Henry Kellogg, Daniel Jr. m. Eliza Wilson, and
Mary F. m, a Lobler.
