Searching for E. Williams Rodeo rider

Looking for possibly Everett Williams who used to ride in the rodeo in Albia. The first name may be wrong. I was told that in 1967-1968 he would have been around 6 foot tall,cole black hair,blue eyes(?), drove a dark blue or black truck and wore western shirts. At this time was also married and had children. My mother has epilepsy(seizures) and has loss of memory. Any information would be of help...PLEASE........Thank-you Angie
