28 April 2021David Leonard Lundin, 72, of Onawa, Iowa passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Pleasant View Care Center in Whiting, Iowa.
A Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Onawa Cemetery, Onawa, Iowa with Dean Williams, officiating. (Please bring and wear masks). Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa, Iowa.
David Leonard was born in Onawa, Iowa August 6, 1948 the son of Albin and Margaret (Anderson) Lundin. He lived most of his life in Onawa except for a few years when he worked at Zenith, until they closed, then at Warrior Hotel until they closed. He then moved back to Onawa to live and worked at odd jobs until he retired.
He had many friends and would help anyone who needed help.
Survivors include his two sisters, Arlene Wilson and Mae Williams, both of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa; niece, Melinda Christensen; nephew, Rick Wilson; and three great-nephews; Tanner Wilson, Josh Christensen, and Tony Christensen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albin and Margaret (Anderson) Lundin; two brothers-in-law, Richard Wilson and Clarence Williams; and a nephew, Brad Williams.
