The remains of John William Croy were brought here on Tuesday morning for burial. He was born on December 28th, 1859 and was at the time of his death 50 years, 1 month and 17 days old. He passed away at his home in Council Bluffs. He was united in marriage to Oma Allen in 1888 and to this union were born three children; Thurman, Walter and Mrs. Myrtle Carlson of Sioux City. His first wife having died he remarried in March 1903 to Anna Jones and to this union were born two children. Clifford and Frieda. The deceased leaves to mourn his death, his wife, three children and an aged father and one brother Thurman.
