Van Camp; that the said A. Z. Van Camp did not have a large income and that he had two nieces living with him for many years, prior to his death, to-wit, Etta C. Van Camp was ninety-three years of age, Miss Etta C. Van Camp was seventy-four (74) years of age, and Miss Vita Van Camp was sixty-nine (69) years of age; that one of the undersigned Allan O. Gordon, as required of him as executor, the federal returns having been made with assistance from the office of the Deputy Collector of Internal Revenue at Mason City, Iowa.

We do further state that the said A.Z. Van Camp, at his death, carried no life insurance, nor did he own any property located outside the State of Iowa; that all the property he owned at this death has been listed in the inventory on file in his estate.

Each of us does further state that we also were well and personally acquainted with Frank E. Wilder, who died on or about May 5, 1947, the owner of an undivided 1/11 interest in said real estate; that we knew him very well for a period of at least thirty (30) years; that his estate is now being probated in Mitchell County, Iowa; that he was a man of small means, and so far as we know, died owing no income tax, either Federal or State; that State Inheritance Taxes on the undivided 1/11 interest in this property (which he inherited from his uncle, A.Z. Van Camp) have been paid by the A. Z. Van Camp estate; that said Frank E. Wilder died leaving no widow, no children (natural or adopted) and no descendant of a pre-deceased child, and that he left no parents; that his only heirs were was follows:
