"I Bridget Lively of the Townshp of Jenkins in the County of Mitchell, State of Iowa,
Wife of Michael Lively of said Town, County and State aforesaid, being now sick, and not knowing how soon I may be taken away, and considering the uncertainty of life, and being now of sound mind and memory, and feeling it to be my duty to dispose of what property I am the lawful owner of satisfactory to myself, do make and declair this to be my last Will and Testiment, in the manner following, to-wit:

I give and bequeath unto my Beloved husband Michael Lively the following land to-wit: The west half of the North West Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Ninety-nine (99, Range Fifteen (15) situated in the County of Mitchell and State of Iowa.

And I hereby enjoin it upon my beloved husband, that he shall pay and satisfy all debts that may be owing by me to any person.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of October in the Year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Nine.
