“In the name of God, Amen:

I Wilhelm Huebner, being of sound mind and body, do hereby make, publish and declare this to by my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

It is my Will, and I hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Alvina, ALL my property, both real and personal, of whatever nature and wherever found, of which I may die seized to be hers forever.
