Looking for information regarding the Francis (Frank) Marion WILSON family of Mills County - looks like it could be in Silver Creek Township. He located to Mills County in 1855.

Francis Marion Wilson married Jane Blair in Shelby County, Indiana on Dec 15, 1844. They then located to Atchison County, Missouri and, finally, to Mills County, Iowa. Francis was a son of Isaac and Ann Townsend Wilson.

Their children are:
Alfred or Albert b. abt 1846
Isaac b. abt 1849
Judah or Judy b. abt 1855
John J. b abt 1858
Susan E. b abt 1860
Mary A. b. abt 1852
Sarah J. b. abt 1852

Francis Marion Wilson b. Aug 24 1825 VA d. Oct 25, 1891 Mills County, Iowa

Jane BLAIR b. March 19, 1827 Shelby County, Indiana d. aft 1880 Mills County, Iowa

Also, James C. Wilson (Francis' brother) b. abt 1819 VA and his wife, Nancy Ann BARLOW b. Apr 13, 1819 Shelby County, Indiana d. ? were in Mills County on the 1870 census. They had lived in Atchison County, Missouri previously.

Francis and James had a sister, Susan, who married Lorentz LUTZ in Glenwood Jan 27, 1867.
