You probably noticed in the 1880 Rawles Township Census listing that Dianthe is divorced...

Burns,Dianthe,44/f/divorced/IN/OH/OH
Burns,Stephen,20/m/son/farmer/IA/OH/IN
Burns,Belle,18/f/dau/school teacher/IA/OH/IN
Burns, Edith,13/f/dau/IA/OH/IN

The two Burns names listed in the cemetery book that I have doesn't match any of these names.

As for the Lincoln township listing...there isn't one in Mills Co that I know of.
