A Mass of Christian Burial for Timothy “Tim” Allen Nilles of Knoxville will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Steve Ebel officiating. Interment will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, rural Marion County, Iowa.

Mr. Nilles passed away Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Knoxville Area Community Hospital at the age of 51 years, 10 months, and 13 days.

Mr. Nilles is survived by his wife of 32 years, Theresa Nilles of Knoxville; 3 children, Carrie (Steve) Pinkerton of Des Moines, Chad Nilles and his significant other, Amanda Toops of Pleasantville and Travis (Kristina) Delaney of Attica; 3 grandchildren, Coultan and Blayton Nilles and Jazmine Delaney; his mother, Vera Mae Nilles of Remsen; eight siblings, Linda (Duane) Sudtelgte of Ackley, Larry (Donna) Nilles of Sutherland, LeRoy (Vickie) Nilles of Rapid City, SD, Margie (Tom) Montgomery of Redmond, OR, Mary (Donald) McClaren of Evansdale, Malia (Kevin) Mouser of Remsen, Ken (Barb) Nilles of Sanborn and Jane (Jeff) Peck of Cedar Falls as well as many other relatives and friends.

Friends may call at Williams Funeral Home from 12:00 (noon) till 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2009. A Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening. The family will be present from 6:00—8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening
