Piere (Pete) Terrebrood, 75, a resident of Tracy, died Monday, January 18, 1954, at the Collins Memorial hospital in Knoxville. He had been a patient there for about five hours.
He was born in Belgium, October 24, 1878, the son of Henri and Angeligue Terrebrood, and came to the United States in 1909. Since that time he had lived in Marion and Monroe counties and had been an employee of the Old Maple mine.
Surviving are his widow, Louise; a son, Henry F., of Tracy and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held from Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Tracy Methodist church with Rev. Max Johnson, of Oskaloosa in charge. Burial was in the Bellefountain cemetery. Lovilla Press.
