Beth Rowe Mutchler, 79, of Earlham, Iowa, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2024, at Madison County Hospital in Winterset, Iowa.

Beth was born on February 2, 1945 to Art and Eva Rowe. She grew up in rural Harris, Iowa, being the youngest of 6 children, learning and living the farm life, as well as being an avid softball and basketball player.

She later became wife to Paul Mutchler, and mother of 4, and they raised their children together in Earlham, Iowa. Beth was a registered nurse at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, where she positively impacted the lives of countless others for many ears prior to settling in to a quiet retirement. She enjoyed spending time with family, reading and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Beth is predeceased by her parents, Art & Eva Rowe, sisters Gladene Rodgers and Annetta Riemersma, and brother Allen Rowe. She is survived by her devoted husband of 46 years, Paul Mutchler, along with her children Rhonda Evans and husband Ken of Waukee, IA, Laurie Schram and husband James of Lewisville, TX, Julene McNeal and husband James of Earlham, IA and Jason Mutchler and wife Ashten of Bellevue, NE, along with their families including 9 grandchildren, as well as 2 sisters, Ruth Baldwin and Doris Kuehl.

Beth will be missed by many.
