Maxine Ogburn, daughter of William Oscar Ogburn and Cassie Philantha Hess, was born December 11, 1919 in Winterset, Iowa and died August 19, 2006 in Lakeland, Polk, Florida at the age of 86. She married Ivan Reed. She later married Frank Foland.
