Alfred Miller Is Taken By Death

Alfred Miller, a longtime resident of Adel, passed away Tuesday, November 11 at the Veterans Hospital, in Des Moines. He was 80 years of age.

Funeral service was held at the Chamberlain-Fisher Funeral Home, Adel, on Friday, November 14, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Loren Diddy officiating. Pallbearers included Alva Brower, Doug Cook, Dan Marsh, Dick Stacy, Les Steelman and Ken Westerbeck. Burial was at the Barney Cemetery, Barney, Iowa.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Ruth, of Adel; two daughters, Lois Sieman, of Hanover, Illinois and Betty Noller, of California.
