George Brazil Hendrickson was born in Darke County, Ohio April 19, 1860 and died at his home in Lucas, Iowa, Dec. 5, 1922 at age of 62 years, 7 months and 16 days.

When a small boy he moved with his parents to Warren County, Iowa settling near Liberty Center, where he grew to manhood. On Dec 25, 1881 he was united in marriage to Miss Solinda Marker. To this union 14 children were born. They are: Mrs. Henry Smith, Mrs. Pearl Smith, Charles, Bertha, Beulah and Viola (who died in infancy), John, Frank, George, Alva & Archie, Mrs. Tina Near, Elsie & Ernest. 9 children survive & 18 grand children & 2 gr-grandchildren. Two brothers, John & Joseph and 2 sisters: Sara Curns & Letha Hiatt. Buriel at Fletcher Cem.
