name of town change on cemetery

The Fletcher Cemetery I have it Otter Creek Lucas Co. IA. Now when I look things up it has Norwood, Lucas Co., IA. My great grandparents and a few of their children are buried there and I had Otter Creek. So I would just like to know when the Name change happen.
