Wapello, October 25 - Mr. Mark McGinnis died at his home, about two miles southwest of Wapello, October 21, 1898, aged 75 years. He came to Wapello, Iowa in 18? and has lived hear here ever since. He was a good citizen and an honorable gentleman and will be greatly missed by a large circle of friends. He leaves a widow, son and daughter. (the rest is unreadable)
