At 10 a. m. today at the Christian church in this city occurred the funeral services of J. B. Turner. Although Mr. Turner has made his home in this city but about a year he is well known here, having resided over thirty-five years near Prairie Chapel, and has a large circle of acquaintances of the older settlers of the county.

The funeral services of the late Mrs. Turner, widow of J. N. Turner, were held yesterday from the family residence north Tenth Street. The services were conducted by Elder N. G. Brown. Interment in Oak Shade Cemetery.

Rebecca Boyer was born March 8, 1842 in Belmont County, Ohio. She and Joseph Green Turner were married on October 25, 1859 in Belmont County, Ohio.Your query says that they moved to Iowa in 1858. It was 1868. According to the 1870 and 1880 censuses in Iowa, several of the children were born in Ohio.
