Anyone else had trouble receiving information that was ordered from the Linn County Genealogical Society? What is an acceptable amount of time to wait? I sent them a check in July 2008, a letter in September and I called them October 28th and still haven't received the information I paid for- that they promised would be put in the mail October 30th.
Any suggestions ???
