If your Peter Kedley was married to Margaret Burke, then looks like some of his family lived in Wyoming and Washington townships during the 1925 census. Doing a site search here I came up with some family buried at the St. Peter's Temple Hill Cemetery in Washington township, one listed as Peter P. Kedley (1895-1952). May want to search there?

Also keep in mind that sometimes death information can come up missing for one reason or another. The attending physician (may want to see where he was) do not make daily entries but sometimes weekly, monthly, and yearly which gives way for loosing or forgetting information hence no death certificate.
