MARTIN family of 1855

Need to find a Martin family that came to Jones Co,IA in 1855 from PA with three children, William, Rebecca and Mary Jane. Is there a census available for that year? Don't know how long they stayed but they eventually moved to Jackson Co. Desperately need to know the parents names.
Would appreciate any help in finding them. Thank you,
