The information I have on this couple is sketchy at best. I have "Jennie" born in PA. The Register of Marriages, NO. 3 Sows that Mose was married to a Julie Ann Adams on August 12, 1913- maybe a second Marriage?. As I understand it (though not confirmed) His father was Seymour Starks born in New York, married to Mary Childs. His Brothers were Norman , John L(my gggrandfather),and Seymour.
JOnes Co. death register book 4 pg 62. shows Benjamin born in Ill. Died jan 13, 1913 Cause of death epilepsy. Sorry I can't help more. Michelle
