Location of Immaculate Conception Cemetery

My great great Grandparents, James and Mary Brislawn came from Ireland to Iowa around 1850 and homesteaded in Prairieburg in Linn County but were reported to be buried, she in 1876 and he in 1878 at Castlegrove, IA, possibly at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery. Since Castlegrove does not seem to exist now but was a town of long ago, I am having trouble locating this cemetery to research burial records. I would appreciate any assistance or information in locating this cemetery. I have found pictures of the church and cemetary on your website but cannot find an address. Thanks for your help.
