Need information on Hannah Drake who is buried in Jones Co.

I'm trying to figure out if the Hannah DRAKE that is buried in the Wyoming Cemetery in Jones Co.,IA. is my 2xgreat-grandmother or not. It says she died at 77 years old on 18 Nov.1892 in Lot#251 & was the mother of Mrs.IC.Finch.

My Hannah Drake was born circa 1815 in OH. & her maiden name was BROWNING. Her parents & siblings are unknown at this point. Hannah Browning married Thomas Drake in Harrison Co.,OH. on 25 Jan.1837. They moved to Monroe Co.,OH. & had 10 children. Their names were: William,Benjamin,John,Thomas Carter(my line),George Washington,Mary Elizabeth,Wesley,Frederick,Cassandra & Esther Ann Drake.By the 1870 census most of the family had moved to Wapello Co.,IA. Is that close to Jones Co.?
