Can someone please help me with this. I recently discovered that there is a Harvey Fessenden listed in the 1930 Census for Jones CO, Fairview Twp, Roll T626_662. He is listed as an inmate and is in the Mens state reformatory.

I would like to know if this is the same prison as on the Iowa site (Anamosa)and if someone could do a 1925 Iowa Census lookup. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im not only stuck on this but very surprised.
