I cannot help much. However, the following lady in 1993 was interested in Wm & Catherine Ross.

The probate for D C Stutsman (1891) shows that Catherine immediately settled the estate. In 1895, she is once again listed as Catharine Ross and is living with her sons in Fairview Tsp.
