Funeral services were held for Anna M. Luckstead, 85, Olin, Dec. 4, 1989, at St. Paul's Methodist church in Olin, with burial in the Olin cemetery. Rev. Susan Detwiler officiated. Pallbearers were Paul Huston, Robert Nowachek, Henry Bickel, Richard Luckstead, Frank Fritz and Milton Luckstead.

Mrs. Luckstead died Dec. 1 at Cedar Manor Nursing Home in Tipton.

The daughter of Frank and Anna Slouha Fritz, she was born Nov. 29, 1904 at Wyoming, Ia., she received her education in the Wyoming area schools.

She married Norris Luckstead June 16, 1926 in Anamosa. The couple farmed near Wyoming until 1938 and then near Olin until retiring to Olin in 1951. He died in 1988. She entered the nursing home in February 1989.

She is survived by a daughter Mrs. Arthur (Norma) Ehlers, Olin; a granddaughter and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and one sister.
