DLOUHY FUNERAL SERVICE FRIDAY

MONROE TWP.--Mrs. Anna Dlouky[sic], 68, died at the home of her son, Wesley Svoboda near Amana Tuesday after a week’s illness of double pneumonia. She is survived by eight children, Wesley and Andrew Svoboda of near Amana, Albert of Walford, Mrs. Joe Herman, Mrs. Anton Herman, Mrs. Joe Blaylock of Walford, Mrs. Frank Strangler of Swisher and Joe Svoboda of Cedar Rapids. There are also 30 grand children, seven great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Enos Petrak of Swisher.

Funeral services were held Friday morning at 9 o’clock from the Holy Trinity church at Walford conducted by Rev. Joseph Badura. Interment was in the Halas[sic] cemetery.
