Funeral services for Frank Benesh, 77, Solon, were held in Solon Feb. 2 with the Rev. Alexander George officiating. Burial was in the Oakland cemetery at Solon. Mr. Benesh died at University hospitals, Iowa City, Jan. 30 following a long illness.

Born near Solon Nov. 15, 1904, he farmed in the Solon area all his life. He is survived by 3 sisters, Clara Chittick and Elma Steadman, both of Cedar Rapids and Mary Mason, Lisbon and 2 brothers, Edward, Cedar Rapids and George, Solon.
