Funeral services for Milo Krob, 76, Solon, were held July 20 at St. John's Catholic church in Mt. Vernon, with the Rev. J. J. Fath officiating. Burial was in St. John's cemetery in Lisbon. Mr. Krob died July 16 at Mercy hospital in Iowa City following a short illness. A memorial fund has been estabished.

Milo Krob was born March 14, 1905 near Solon to Frank and Kate Novak Krob. He married Mayme Murphy Feb. 16, 1917 in Fairfax. He was a retired farmer and had lived in the Solon area for most of his life.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Marilyn Pitlick, Oxford; 2 sons, John, Tipton and Eugene, at home; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister, Lenora Reyhons, Solon and a brother, RIchard, also of Solon.
