David C. "Suds" Lenoch 1949-2004

David C. “Suds” Lenoch, 54, of Oxford and formerly of Coralville died Tuesday March 30, 2004 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics following a lengthy illness.

Funeral Services to celebrate David’s life will be held Saturday, April 3, 2004, 10:30AM at Lensing’s Oak Hill, 210 Holiday Road, Coralville, Iowa with the Rev. Judy Gingerich officiating. Burial with military rites provided by local military organizations will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM, Friday at the funeral home in Coralville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to the David Lenoch Memorial Fund for his Children’s Education.
A reception at the funeral home will follow the committal service.

David was born April 18, 1949 in Iowa City, the son of LeRoy and Mary Ann Sibley Lenoch . David was raised in the Coralville and was a graduate of City High School.
He was in the United States Army from 1969 until 1971 and had served in VietNam.
He moved to Oxford in 1997.

David was employed by the Amana Appliances since 1975, where he worked in the shipping department.

David enjoyed photography, especially taking pictures of his family. Recently he had found joy in writing.

David is survived by his children, Chelsea and Brian; his father, LeRoy Lenoch of Coralville; four brothers, Dan Lenoch and his wife Jenny of Coralville and Steve Lenoch and his wife Geri, both of Coralville, Doug Lenoch and his wife Mary of West Liberty, Jay Lenoch and his wife Marlene of Marion; three sisters, Vicki Van Orden and her husband Ron of Yorktown, Virginia, Jeanne Stubbs and her husband Bob of Downey, Iowa and Cindy Gleason and her husband Gary of Iowa City; and his former spouse Darlene Lenoch.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Mary Ann and one brother, Johnny.
