Dwight Mescher, longtime Iowa City resident, died March 8, 2004 in Harrisburg, PA, at the age of 65 following a sudden illness. Memorial Services will be held Friday, March 19, 2004 at 1:30 PM at Lensing’s Oakhill in Coralville.

Dwight will be remembered as a loving father and manager of several local businesses.

Dwight is survived by his parents Andy and Edna Mescher of Silver Lake, WI; son Paul and his wife Amy and their children Ashley and Ryan of Chandler, AZ; daughter Heidi Kovie and husband Paul and their children Stephen, Timothy and Jessica of Duluth, GA; and a brother Kent of Silver Lake, WI.
