Juanita, the daughter of William L. Morris and Dorthea A. (Johnson) Oliver, was born on March 4, 1933 in New Sharon, Iowa. She grew up in New Sharon and Newton, Iowa. Juanita was united in marriage with William Comstock on December 23, 1951 in Newton. She worked at Perryman Pharmacy in Newton and was also a housewife. Juanita was a past member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed sewing, reading, and playing cards with family and friends.
Those left to honor Juanita's memory are her husband, William Comstock of Gallatin; children, Mike (Deena) Comstock of Nacogdoches, Texas, Steve Comstock of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Randy Comstock of Gallatin, and Sherrill (Larry) Braaksma of Pella, Iowa; 9 grandchildren; her 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Darrell (Sherry) Oliver of Des Moines, Iowa and James (Karen) Oliver of Utah; her sister, Marilyn (Merlin) Farver of Newton; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Craig Comstock; and a grandson in infancy.
