A. Robison Dies Today
Life-time Jasper County Resident Dies of Heart Ailment This Morning
Aaron Robison, 69, lifetime Jasper county resident, died this morning at 3:45 at his home, two and one-half miles west of Newton. Death was attributed to a heart ailment, with which he had been bedfast for the past two weeks. According to Mrs. Robison, he had been in failing health for four months.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30, in the Morgan Funeral home, and interment will be in the Palo Alto cemetery.
Aaron Robison was born July 18, 1876, to Thomas and Elizabeth Roush Robison in Marion county, and moved to Jasper county at the age of one year. He attended the county schools, and on Sept. 30, 1920, was united in marriage to Rachel Hevlin of Monroe. To this union were born two children, Bruce Robison and Mrs. Beulah Anderson, who with their mother, survive.
In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by one granddaughter, Paulette Anderson, one sister, Mrs. Anna Hummel, and two brothers, James Robison of Reasnor and George Robison of Cincinnati, Ohio.
