Robert A. Blom, 70

Robert A. Blom of Ralston, Neb., died May 6, 1999 at the Villa de Sante Nursing Center in Omaha, Neb. A memorial service was held at the Community Bible Church with Rev. Charles Tscheter officiating. Graveside services were held at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mr. Blom was born May 21, 1928 in Otley, the son of Bert and Nellie (DeJong) Blom. He married Florence M. Kool.

He was a lab technician for Nashua Corp and a member of the Community Bible Church.

Survivors are his wife, Florence, a son, Loren J. Blom, daughters: Lucinda G. Blom, Sheryl E. and husband Lynn Price, and Ruth L. and husband Frank Johnston; three sisters: Leona Price, Marjorie Fairson, and Ruth Van Maanen; three brothers: Dale Leroy, and Don Blom; and one grandson.
