Earl Warrick, 76, of Boone died of a respiratory ailment at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Services were held Wednesday, January 4, 1995, at the First United Methodist Church in Boone, with burial at Linwood Park Cemetery.

Earl was born in Colfax and lived in Boone since 1937. He was a retired millworker for Firestone. He was an Army Veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion.

Survivors included his wife, Lulamae; two sons, Robert of Boone and Richard of Indianola; three daughters, Martha Hilsabeck, Sandra Hilsabeck and Carla Warrick, all of Boone; two brothers, Roy of Colfax and Harry of Albuquerque, N.M.; a sister Agnes Relph of Colfax; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
