SPENCER-At his home in Maquoketa, Tuesday, July 11, 1899, Justus Spencer, aged 75 years, 11 months, 21 days.

The deceased was born July 21, 1823, and was married to Miss Elenor Baker. who with two sons, Oscar and James and one daughter, Flora, survive to mourn his death. The funeral was held at the home yesterday at 2 p.m., Rev. Miller, of Andrew, officiating, and the remains were interred in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
