MR. EDMUND L. COOK OF ELWOOD DIES WEDNESDAY

Our community was saddened by the death of Edmund L. Cook, which occurred Wednesday at the home north of Elwood. He was a pioneer settler and reached the ripe age of 86. He was well known and highly respected throughout this section. The funeral services will be held in the Elwood M. E. Church, Friday at 2 o'clock. Mr. Cook was the father of A. L. Cook, formerly cashier at the First National Bank.
