OLD RANDALL SETTLER DIED

Henry G. Pederson, whose parents were Peder and Anna Pederson Grindheim was born at Etne, Norway, May 3, 1856, and died at Randall, Iowa Dec. 21, 1933, at the age of 77 years.

Two days before his death he started out in his auto, but having traveled only two blocks he evidently had a paralytic stroke, because he lost control of his car, which struck a light pole, went thru a wire fence and then stopped as it struck a tree. The stroke would no doubt had caused his death sooner or later, because he was paralyzed on his left side, but the internal injury he sustained from the accident hastened his death, which occurred two days later.

Obituary

His first wife died April 28, 1919. July 8, 1920 he was united in marriage to Miss Regina Frette of Story City, who survives him.

Besides his wife and two children mentioned above, he also leaves a grandchild, Barbara Robb, and a sister and brother in Norway, Mrs. Ingeborg Opheim and Toria Grindheim.

Egland, Iver Thompson, Bert Grimsley, Lars Tjernagel, A. O. Rasmussen. $14.50 were given to missions in his memory.
