Otis G. Lacy, 67, of Marshalltown, a former Webster City resident, died Sunday at the Marshalltown hospital, with death being caused by a heart attack.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Pursel-Davis Funeral Home with Dr. William Bowser officiating with graveside services planned at 2:30 p.m. at Graceland cemetery in Webster City with the Rev. Robert Snyder officiating.

Otis G. Lacy, son of Charles and Mabel [Hope] Lacy, was born Feb. 9, 1913 at Webster City and attended the schools in this community.

He was married in Webster City [Gladys Lemon] where Mr. Lacy was associated with the Franklin Mfg. Co. until the family moved to Marshalltown in 1961. Mr. Lacy had been employed with the Western Mill Mfg. Co. until his retirement in 1975.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jerry Lacy of Croswell, Mich., and Richard Lacy of Iowa City; four grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Merrill of Webster City and Evelyn Burnett, also of Webster City; two half-sisters, Charlotte Brown, Keota, Iowa and Rosemary Kasten of Clear Lake.

Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist church in Marshalltown.

He was a member of the First Baptist church.
