Levi Flemin Kinkennon was born in Masion Co, Iowa January 24,1957 [sic 1857] and died at his home in Panora, Iowa October 22,1937, at the age of 80 years, 8 months and 29 days.
On January 2,1881, he was united in marriage to Sarah P. Whited. To this union was born Eleven children: Phebe Still of Panora, Daisy Blanchard of Creston, Jake of Orient, Nora Recoy of Cromwell, Thomas of Creston, Nettie Hafner of Guthrie Center, Ben of Panora and frank of Scranton. One son, William, and two daughters, Maggie Mae and Lilly Jane have preceded him in death.
He leaves to mourn his loss, a loving wife, the remaining eight children, sixty-seven grandchildren and fifty-nine great grandchildren and a large number of other relatives and friends who will greatly miss him.
Funeral services were held at the Christian Church at Panora, Iowa, conducted by Rev. Saums. Interment was in the West Cemetery
