Browns living in Franklin Co.

My great great grandfather Jacob Brown who was a farmer and Methodist Minister , was in 1860 census was living in Butler Co. It states in the Butler County 1883 History book , that he moved it Franklin Co. Does any one have any information or seen his name in any of the Franklin Co. Documents , that they might have run across in their doing research in Franklin Co.??
