Center township cemetery records by the Fayette County Genealogy Society have the following Dyer burials at Dunham Grove Cemetery.

Charles W. Dyer, b. 17 Mar 1864 - d. 21 May 1943, Lot 1

Cora Dyer, b. 1865, d. (no date), Lot 1

Martin Dyer, b. 1814, d. 1871, Lot 1

Susan Dyer, b. 1822, d. Oct 1908 - Lot 1 (wife of Martin)

Dunham Grove cemetery is located NE of Randalia, the only community in Center township.

Westgate is in Fremont township, NW of Oelwein. Think there are three cemeteries of which I do not have records other than WPA. Both Westgate and Randalia should show up on any Iowa map. Hope this helps your search.
