Yes, the Windsor Cemetery is well cared for and located NE of Hawkeye on Highway 18. From my notes from research years ago, there are Griebenow, Fuhrman and Weiher burials located in this cemetery.
There is a detailed biography of John T. Gager of Bethel township in the '1891 Portrait and Biographical Album of Fayette County, Iowa' (page 352). WPA cemetery records have Gager burials in Bethel Cemetery, Alpha, IA which is NW of Hawkeye.
