Looking for information on Jacob FOX born 1780, died 1868. The 1830, 1840, 1850 census show him living in Parishville, St. Lawrence, New York. He moved to Center Township, Fayette County, Iowa in the mid 1850's. Does anyone have records of his birth and death? Supposedly, he died while on a trip to Wisconsin and is buried in Dunham Grove Cemetery near Randalia. Wisconsin Vital Records has no record of his death. The Dunham Grove Cemetery sexton has no record of Jacob or his wife, Susan, being buried in that cemetery. I've walked the cemetery several times and have found no grave marker. Any help would be appreciated.
