Blunt, Bostwick, Perrin

BLUNT, BOSTWICK, PERRIN

I am looking for information about Mary Eliza Bostwick (b 1841) , the daughter of Edith Blunt (b 1818) and Jonathon Bostwick (b 1812) of Muskigum or Zanesville, Ohio. Mary Eliza Bostwick and Marshall Perrin settled in Floyd Crossing. Her uncle was Billie Blunt of West Union and possibly Ohio.

Does anyone know more about Billie Blunt's hotel in West Union (as mentioned below), the Blunt, Bostwick or Perrin families?

This is from 1954 "Perrin Family History":

"Marshall Perrin came to Iowa about 1855 when he was 19 years old. I have heard him tell that he walked all the way from Chicago, staying overnight one night in West Union, Iowa and there met the girl that became his wife. (Her name was Mary Eliza Bostwick) She was at the time working in a hotel run by her uncle "Billy" Blunt, who later took up the land known as the Watson farm, north of the Brown Church. Marshall Perrin took land in the timber along the river east of Floyd, Iowa..."
