Services for Jerrold J. Kutsch, 53, 2688 Marywood Drive, will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Resurrection Catholic Church.

Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today at Gene Siegert & Son Westview Funeral Home, 2659 Kennedy Road, where there will be a Resurrection Parish Christian wake service at 5 p.m.

Mr. Kutsch was business manager for Iowa Laborers Local 659 at the time of his death, and served as trustee of the Iowa Laborers District Council Health and Welfare Fund from 1983-90.

He was born on July 5, 1943, in Dubuque, son of Harold and Jeannette (Imhoff) Kutsch. He died at 5:05 p.m. Monday, May 5, 1997, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City.

He married Marilyn Cruise on Sept. 5, 1970, at Resurrection Catholic Church.

He graduated from Wahlert High School in 1961, and attended Loras College. He was a member of Resurrection Parish, Dubuque Bowling League and the Thursday Nite Bunker Hill Golf League. He enjoyed golfing and fishing. He also was an avid euchre player and a member of the Euchre League.

Surviving are his wife, the former Marilyn Cruise; his daughter, Dayna (Robert) Leslie, of Dubuque; two sons, Aaron Kutsch, of Bolingbrook, Ill., and Matthew Kutsch, of Dubuque; and three sisters, Jo Ann (Ed) Herting, and Jeanne (Jack) Kiefer, both of Dubuque, and Lynn (Larry) Trebon, of Milwaukee.
